We accept Zelle, Venmo, CashApp or Cash payments.
Payment is due at the end of each session. If you have multiple sessions per week, it is okay to make a full payment at the end of the week. No additional sessions will be scheduled until a balance is paid in full.
Additional sessions can be added provided a tutor is available. Payment is due at the end of the additional session. As a courtesy, we ask for at least 24 hours notice when booking an additional session. This allows us time to make sure the requested tutors are available or to find a substitute.
We understand that life happens. As long as you give us 24-hours notice, your session can be rescheduled at another time provided a tutor is available.
Any session cancelled less than 24-hours before our scheduled meeting time is to be paid in full.
You are responsible to pay in full any session you book. Out of respect for our tutors and their schedules, all booked sessions have to be paid.
We have a 20-minute No-show policy. If you are more than 20 minutes late to a session (without contacting the tutor), the tutor is free to leave and you will be charged for the full session.
All missed sessions unless previously discussed and rescheduled are to be paid in full.
We're all human and we totally understand that life happens. As long as you communicate this to your tutor, accommodations can be made. We will always allow you to reschedule a missed session, provided a tutor is available at the requested time.
We know continuity is important. However, if your tutor is not available during the rescheduled time, another tutor will substitute.
